WTF To Get Your Kids For Christmas Pt. 1
Holy s*** you guys… they’re only 6 weeks until Christmas. Six fckn weeks. Omg. Excuse me while I faint. LOL
Hands up if you still need to finish (or start) your Christmas shopping? Yep exactly what I expected.. a crap load because let’s be honest the majority of us procrastinate Christmas shopping like folding laundry. Ami’right?
I plan on completing a few holiday gift guides with gift ideas for kids, significant others, parents and heck maybe even pets (goldfish need gifts too ya’kno) hahaha but this specific post is going to be all things baby and kid related.
Real Life Baby Sleep Sack ($39.99) You might think I’m totally nuts and that’s okay but since having Lincoln I’ve been on the hunt for a sleep sack that wasn’t a hideous colour or didn’t have any tacky patterns and let me tell you friends it wasn’t easy. Nine months later I came across this beauty from Real Life Baby and it’s SO good you guys and SO, SO, SOOOOOOOOOO soft. The sleep sack has a double sided zipper which makes it easy-peasy for those dreaded middle of the night diaper changes and is made from 100% muslin bamboo. Click here to purchase and use the code JVANGAALEN to save an extra 15% off.
Baby Breeze Romper/Sleepers ($29.99) A romper that turns into a sleeper? Yep I’ll take it.. and by it I mean every colour, every size LOL. I can’t even begin to explain how much I love Baby Breeze. Since Lincoln was a newborn he’s been wearing their romper/sleepers. The quality of their products are outstanding and they fit very snug making Lincoln look so tall and so skinny and I think it’s SO cute. Too many so’s in one sentence? So what.. SORRRRYYYY. K but seriously click here to purchase because they are 100% and you need them.
Little Bipsy High Tops ($38.50) It should be no surprise that I love Little Bipsy and I’m obsessed w/ their rompers, t-shirts, shoes, etc because they are all over my Instagram feed. I swear every third photo Lincoln is wearing his LB romper or sporting his high tops. Not only do the shoes look 100% but I love the fact you can purchase them one size up (so they last longer) because the high back keeps them from falling off. For size reference Lincoln owns Conor & Nixon both in size three. The white T in this picture is size 12-18m and can be purchased here.
Eames Style Kids Table + Chair Set ($149.00 on Amazon) One of my number one questions I get asked on Instagram is where I purchased the eames style table + chair set and the truth is I purchased the chairs at Hobby Lobby and the table at a local furniture store and spent way more money then if I would of just ordered it on Amazon, blah! Don’t make the same mistake I did and click here to purchase. This set is the perfect size and I know Lincoln will use it for many years and it’s cute AF.
Yay Mats ($74.99 on Amazon) One of the newest editions to Lincoln’s play room is this thick, durable, cute AF foam mat. It’s next to impossible to find a stylish modern 4×6 foam mat. Most of them are bright, ugly and are covered in ABC’s so you can just imagine how happy I was when I stumbled across Yay Mats. If 4×6 isn’t large enough for your space you can purchase two mats and attach them together to create a bigger mat. Unfortunately they don’t ship to Canada but for all my American friends you can click here to purchase. If for some crazy reason you aren’t happy with the mat (which I’m about 110% sure you will be) Yay Mats does have a 100% money back guarantee.
Stay tuned for more holiday gift guides!
